Our 5 star food hygiene rating
The Food Safety and hygiene (England) Regulations 2013 National Food Hygiene Rating Scheme.
After a visit from the Food Standards Agency last week, Dribblys – Chocolate Fountain Hire are delighted to have been awarded the top 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating.
So what exactly does this mean to our customers?
The food safety officer inspecting a business checks how well the business is meeting the law by looking at:
- How hygienically our food is handled – how it is prepared, cooked, cooled and stored.
- The condition of the structure of our building – cleanliness, layout, lighting, ventilation and other facilities.
- How our business manages and records and what we do to make sure our food is safe for our customers.
At the end of our inspection by the environmental heath officer from Test Valley Borough Council, Dribblys – Chocolate Fountain Hire received the top rating of ‘5’ which means that the business was found to have ‘very good’ hygiene standards.
Dribblys are delighted to have been awarded the top 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating.
